It's honestly been a good amount of time since I last posted about the ol' Doctor Who and the announcement of the doctor becoming female. At this point we are waiting for Capaldi's final episode, the Christmas Special, where we will see Whittaker take the reigns. Not only are we seeing a new Doctor but also a new boss for the shows replacing Moffat named Chris Chibnal.

The joy of the Who series is their ever changing lead roles, directors, and lore. The new season coming up is definitely keeping with the trend in Chinbals hands. Right off the bat Chibnal is changing the look of the control panel of the TARDIS, redesigning the sonic screwdriver, and updating the look of the TARDIS as a whole. All of these things sound fantastic in and of themselves but the biggest change in my eyes is that BBC is making the new season 10 weeks long instead of the 12-13 and 1 hour long episodes instead of 45. More Doctor Who the better.

What do you guys thing of the changes? Thumbs up or down for you Who fans? Let us know below.
