And our 12th Doctor has been announced as Peter Capaldi. Now at first glance I wasn't feeling the older look BBC chose for the new Doctor. For the past eight plus years we have had relatively young Doctors emerge. Thinking about the storyline though and how things have been going I can accept this more mature-esque portrayal. It will be interesting to see how everything turns out. For now though we still have the 50th Anniversary episode and up until the end of the year to see Matt Smith off with a bang.
