I have been a huge fan of the first Avatar series that aired a couple years ago. Since then there has been very mediocre recreations of the fighting style and overarching cool factor that the characters brought in game form. Nothing quite reached that quality that the show put forth on television.

Luckily Platinum Games, creators of games such as Bayonetta and Vanquish, are creating this gem as a download for all major platforms. This...this right here looks to be what I've been wanting from this series in terms of gameplay. It has the combo heavy elements and seamless chaining that Bayonetta introduced along with the fast paced gameplay that Vanquish did ever so well. I am super pumped to play this...along with the 20+ other games coming out in the remaining 2014 year. *My wallet, my soul...I'm excited!!!* Check out the gameplay video below.
