Now don't get me wrong, I don't hate Sonic whatsoever. Sonic Team was on a good run with Unleashed and then Generations (probably the best in the series in quite a long time) but I can't hold back the disappointment anymore. This series is looking like a large letdown.

I can accept the redesign of Sonic and Tails but this is because they are fundamentally unchanged compared to their past looks. Every other character has been raped of their original traits and core concepts. Very sad to see this iconic character constantly reaching for the love from fans and never quite getting a full embrace.

Just stick to the formula of Generations, go balls to the wall fast. Blow my eyes out of my head damnit.
