Here's how this craziness is going to happen:
*Mind you the Collectors Edition of Halo 5 priced at $250 originally stated you'd be getting a digital copy of the game. Upon getting negative feedback this trade in process was announced and unveiled only recently.*

  • Open the Contact Us page
  • Select “Chat with Microsoft Support” to chat with a support agent
  • Once you’re connected, inform them that you want to exchange your unredeemed digital code for Halo 5: Guardians for a physical disc
  • You’ll need to provide the agent with the following information:
    • Your Xbox gamertag
    • Your email address
    • The token’s 25-character code
    • Your address for shipment
    • Will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
All be aware you have until November 1st to get this offer!
